Welcome!

As a nutrition major in school I spend a lot of time learning about food, and the job of family chef seemed to fall right onto my shoulders, declaring me the official foodie of the family. Cooking for a family of five may not seem like a daunting task, but making the dishes gluten and dairy free for me and vegetarian for my sister while still pleasing my mom, dad, and other sister can sometimes be a challenge! This blog is filled with all of the delicious recipes we love that are modified to be safe for my sister and I to eat, yet still be yummy enough for the whole family to enjoy!
